A Lady’s Best Friend

    “Jean, Could you take care of Max for me for two weeks, while I’m gone?” Karen, my friend and next door neighbor asked me. We have been friends for four years. Her beautiful golden retriever, Max is a very well behaved dog, and I didn’t hesitate.

“Sure, I’ll keep him. He’s a honey, and so well mannered. I’m sure he won’t be any trouble. Max and I are old friends.” I told her.

“He’ll be good, and a real delight to have around. He sure knows how to bring out the best in me. I’m sure he will be a real pleasure to you.” Karen said with a smile, accenting ‘real’. I wondered at her comment for a moment then forgot it.

She brought him over and gave me a key to her condo so I could get his food and vitamins. I put his favorite rug in one corner of the kitchen and he seemed content to lie on it. I took him for walks, and he heeled, and obeyed every command I gave him.

I have a computer bookkeeping business that I run out of my condo. I’m home most of the day. Almost all of my business is done on the computers or an infrequent phone call or visit from a client. My time is pretty much my own.

The second day, I had just stepped out of the shower and I heard sirens and loud engine noises out front. The shades were up and I went to the living room bent low, to stay below the windows, and was on my hands and knees looking out the window when I almost came unglued.

Max had come up behind me and stuck his cold nose against my bare bottom. Just as I turned my head to look at him I felt his long tongue lick against my pussy. My knees went weak and I barely managed to yell “Max, stop that!” He backed off and looked startled. The expression was so sad I felt bad.
